Access Statement

From the Gravel parking area to the front of the property:

Entrance 1 via gate,

2 stone steps down to slightly sloping gravel path, then 4 uneven stone step down to lower gravel area

Entrance 2 via gate,

Slightly sloping gravel path to 2 wide granite steps leading to 2 granite steps down to lower gravel area

Cottage Entrance:

10 wide concrete steps lead up to front door, these steps have stone walls on either side.

1 shallow step inside front door leading top lounge.

Internal stairs:

12 stairs down to sleeping areas and bathrooms with banister to right hand side and a wall to the left.
